I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Jachens. It has been a hell of a journey since last February when we first met. I was miserable with dry eye. Nothing was helping me and each day was a struggle to get through due to working on a computer for many hours each day. My eyes were always red, irritated, inflamed, and eye drops didn’t relieve the discomfort. Even my vision was getting worse. Dr. Jachens took the time to get to know and understand the situation and continued to work with me until my symptoms were finally under control. I can honestly say I reached a point of relief and I hardly even think about my eyes much anymore. My vision has also improved. Dr. Jachens is an exceptional physician and I’m forever grateful for what he’s done for me. His office staff are also great and keep the office running smooth. Everyone is professional and you can’t ask for more! I highly recommend Dr. Jachens.

Pleasant atmosphere, very polite and helpful staff, Dr Adrian is a sweetheart, spends time with the patient, explains everything, competent and very caring. I would recommend this office without any reservation.

After an outbreak of shingles spread to my right eye, my primary care physician referred me to Dr. Adrian Jachens. Thank goodness — Dr. Jachens quickly diagnosed my symptoms and put me on an aggressive treatment regimen that resulted in a complete recovery. Through every step of the process, he was thorough and thoughtful and answered all of my questions. I was in very good hands.

Five stars for Beacon Eye Center! Dr. Jachens addressed my latest vision concern, and gave me a thorough and clear explanation of the cause and its treatment. He puts you at ease and makes sure to answer all of your questions before you leave the office. His staff is helpful and pleasant to work with too. Highly recommended!

Prompt and professional staff and very knowledgeable doctor. I was able to get an appointment and follow up with the doctor for an emergency. I plan to see him for future routine visits. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend. Dr.Jachens was able to see me the same day even as a new patient when I had an urgent issue. All the staff were incredibly kind and made me feel less anxious. Dr. was very thorough and explained all details to me. They made sure to schedule me for prompt follow up until the issue was resolved. As a bonus, the office itself is very nice.

The staff is very friendly I feel very comfortable..Dr. Jachens is very friendly he explains everything to you step by step & doesn’t push you into anything you don’t want..He gives you his opinion & you discuss with him..He spends the time with you doesn’t rush to see other patients..I Love it there..
